DO I HAVE TO GET EVERYTHING LISTED IN A PACKAGE? CAN I ADD SOMETHING LISTED FROM ANOTHER? 

  • The Packages are all fully customizable, just let us know what options you would like to add or remove and we will create something perfect to fit your event.

HOW & WHO DOES THE SHOPPING FOR MY EVENT?

  • We have options! After answering a few basic questions we can send you a custom curated shopping list for your event, FREE. Doing all the shopping yourself is one way to save money, however, we can do all the heavy lifting for you too! Sticking to the predetermined budget/list we handle all the shopping and delivery of your goods. There is a 15% surcharge to shopping receipt + $25 delivery fee. The choice is yours. 

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS?

  • For now we are only catering to events up to 350 guests. 


WHAT IS A “PRIVATE” EVENT?

  • A private event is an typically invite only gathering. It is not open to the general passerby. (Examples: Birthdays, Weddings, Corporate Events, Etc.) 

ARE YOU INSURED?

  • Yes! We are fully insured with a $2 Million Dollar General Liability Policy & Liquor Liability Policy. Some Venues will require a “General & Liquor Liability Insurance C.O.E” and we can provide ours for a $25 fee. (there is no additional charge for private residences)

ARE YOU LICENSED TO BARTEND?

  • Yes, we have our ABC issued certificate, as well as the TIPS/Serve Safe certification.  We adhere to all requirements & policies set forth by the ABC. We currently only service private events (unless additional permits have been filed), where alcohol is provided by the host, free to guests. We do not require an additional liquor license.

WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC EVENTS OR CASH BARS?

Please choose the ABC 221 (Application for Daily License (Special One-day Event Permit)), print it, fill it out and send it to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverages Control. We can help with additional guidance if needed. 

IS THE BAR RENTAL INCLUDED? 

  • Yes. The basic black pop-up bar and back bar are both available free with any package. (48’’x24’’)

  • We also have an upgraded, Acrylic Bar with printed wood detailing and color LED light package for an additional charge. *Coming Soon* (Pricing dependent on package selected) 

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED?

  • About 5’x6’ total is required to fit both the Main Bar and Back Bar, if only the Main Bar is needed, space required is 5’x4’

IS THERE A GRATUITY CHARGE?

  • There is an option of a tip jar at event, or if you’d rather no tip jar present, there is an 18% gratuity charge.

IS THERE A SETUP, BREAKDOWN, OR CLEANING FEE? 

  • There is no charge if it is not wanted, however it is highly recommended to ensure proper setup and smooth service. There is typically a $65 fee which includes set up of the bar/service area (45 min/1hour) prior to event, breakdown, and cleaning of the area (45min/1hour) after the event end. (about 2 hours total) 

IS THERE AN EVENT MINIMUM?

  • Yes, we currently have a $350 service minimum

DO YOU KNOW A FOOD CATERER WHO CAN HANDLE THE FOOD FOR MY EVENT?

  • Yes, I work closely with Dominiques Kitchen a highly rated French style bistro located in Redondo Beach.

ABOUT TOAST, TO YOU

Born and raised in San Pedro, CA, I got my first job at 21 years old bartending in 2010 for a Catalina Island travel company, making their world-famous Bloody Marys. From then on I was hooked in the service industry. I went on to work at an upscale French bistro in Redondo Beach. There I furthered my knowledge of domestic, imported, and craft Wines and Beers. After 10 years in the industry, and the recent changes brought about in 2020, I decided to start my own Mobile Bar and Bartending service.

A special quality that sets Toast, To You apart is the attention to detail, and personalized approach to service. We are passionate about what we do, and will go above and beyond to ensure your guests have an amazing experience at your next party.
