MARTINI

An Autumn Twist to a Classic Drink

  • 1.0 partGREY GOOSE® Vodka

  • 0.75 partsFig Purée

  • 0.75 partsFresh Pomegranate Juice

  • 0.5 partsMaple Syrup

  • 0.25 partsLemon Juice

  • 1Bar Spoon Balsamic Vinegar

  • +Fresh Slice Of Fig

Mix all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice, ​shake hard, strain into a cocktail glass. Finish with garnish.

MOJITO

Fall Mojitio

  • 8 Fresh mint leaves

  • 2 Lime wedges

  • 1oz Lime Juice 

  • .5oz Simple syrup 

  • 1.5oz White rum

  • 3oz Apple cider 

  • 2oz Club soda 

Muddle six mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in the bottom of a tall glass.​ Pour in lime juice, simple syrup, rum and apple cider. Fill the glass nearly to the top with crushed iced, stir with bar spoon. Finish with a splash club soda, and mint garnish.

SANGRIA

Be Thankful for this Drink

  • 1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons apple brandy

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons pear brandy

  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 2 soaked cinnamon sticks (from Cinnamon Simple Syrup)

Fruit:

1 small Gala or Fuji apple, cored and thinly sliced

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

1 small red pear, cored and thinly sliced

1 small green pear, cored and thinly sliced

1/2 small pomegranate, seeded

1/2 orange, thinly sliced and each sliced halved

Ice, to serve (optional)

Combine the wine, apple cider, apple brandy, pear brandy, Cinnamon Simple Syrup and fruits in a large container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 72 hours. Transfer to a pitcher before serving. Serve in red wine goblets over ice, if using.
